Born in Switzerland and raised in Italy, Marzia built her first career as a global sales export manager, handling accounts across Europe, Asia, South Africa and the United States. After meeting her husband at a trade show in New York City in 2000, she moved to Atlanta and, in 2005, to Lake Norman, drawn to open waters that remind her of the Adriatic coast. That background shapes how she works today: creative marketing, professional staging and photography, global exposure through Sotheby's International Realty, and refined, patient negotiation.
A Certified Relocation Professional who speaks Italian as her native language and is fluent in Spanish, Marzia is a natural partner for families relocating to Lake Norman from across the country or overseas.
